What you’ll do

  • Developing and executing the affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue and meet business objectives
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with high-quality affiliates
  • Optimising and analysing affiliate campaigns to maximise performance and ROI
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate efforts with overall business goals
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market changes
  • Providing regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and commission structures with affiliates

Who you are

  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role in iGaming
  • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing trends, strategies, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
